The LDC has always been a lively, virtual community - a 'network of networks' - created to make learning (and the sharing of problems and solutions) both easier and more fun, for everyone with an interest in provision and/or services for ASD; BESD or Looked After Children. Now it is widening it's focus - to include the whole children's workforce (incluing the voluntary/community sector) and make your online experience easier and more powerful..

Meanwhile, you can still use the links on the left-hand side of the page to have a look around the top-level of the site, and find out about some of the functions of the LDC, without logging in. You will also be able to log in and use the Coursefinder and Expertisefinder functions without registering.
However, this is just the tip of the iceberg, and to really explore its potential, you need to Register as a New User by completing a simple online form.
